Willow Creek Habitat Corridor: City of Sheboygan
Glacial Lakes Conservancy and Sheboygan River Basin Partnership
Willow Creek is located within the Sheboygan River Watershed in Southeastern Wisconsin in Sheboygan County. Willow Creek is roughly 5 miles long with a watershed that drains approximately 2,700 acres and discharges into the Sheboygan River in the city of Sheboygan. Willow Creek flows through five municipalities: the City of Sheboygan, the Town of Sheboygan, the Village of Kohler, the City of Sheboygan Falls, and the Town of Sheboygan Falls. It is the only known coldwater tributary to Lake Michigan in Sheboygan County that supports reproducing anadromous salmonid populations, making Willow Creek a unique feature on the Lake Michigan Coast in Wisconsin.
