LNRP Partner Groups are highly-respected, local and regional groups that rely on LNRP staff for support and expertise. As organizations under LNRP’s umbrella, groups receive the following services: strategic planning facilitation, project and financial management, grant writing and fundraising, event planning, and communications assistance.

Board of Directors
Directors serve on the LNRP Board for two-year terms and take leadership roles on various committees responsible for governance, fundraising, and strategic direction. Staff
Small but mighty, the LNRP Staff works closely with the Board of Directors to implement day-to-day operations, special projects, and programs. A strong collaborative spirit, the hallmark of LNRP, begins with our exceptional staff.

Open Positions:
The Communications Coordinator, in collaboration with the entire staff team, develops and implements communication materials to emphasize the mission of Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership (LNRP) as well as the work of partners within the organization’s administrative umbrella.
The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and graphic designer who can develop and oversee media materials and communicate stories that foster community and stakeholder engagement and support. This position is responsible for ensuring effective marketing and communications strategies reach a diverse audience while inspiring appreciation for natural resources and growing the organization’s conservation impact throughout Wisconsin’s Lakeshore region.
