Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership announces brand initiative collaboration with Vagabond Creative as part of 20th Anniversary strategic plan

CLEVELAND, WIS. – Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership (LNRP) today announced the launch of a new brand initiative collaboration with Vagabond Creative Studio of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Vagabond Creative is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team focused upon creating mindful communication through branding, video and design. 

“As our organization implements our 2021-2023 Strategic Plan and initiates planning for our 20th Anniversary milestone celebration, we are excited to leverage this opportunity to strengthen, refine, reinforce, and reimagine our LNRP brand,” said Tom Mlada, LNRP Executive Director. “We are so proud of our 17-year history of community-based conservation impact – and we believe this collaboration with the talented, award-winning Vagabond Creative team will help us more powerfully tell the story of that impact and connect others emotionally with it.”

The Vagabond Creative Studio Team is comprised of Jason and Tina Prigge. Jason is an award-winning designer and video professional with skills in industrial, concept and general design, including animation and digital mediums. Tina is a highly-accomplished communication professional who works with clients to curate their social media conversation to digital and print marketing collateral and web presence. Together, the duo have received numerous accolades for their work; in 2019, they were named by the Herald Times Reporter as “People of the Year” for their “Coolest Coast” initiative (https://coolestcoast.com/), and recognized by Progress Lakeshore as its “Economic Accelerator of the Year” Award winners for their local economic impact.

 “We are so excited to be collaborating with LNRP on this branding initiative, and at such an exciting time in the organization’s storied history,” said Jason Prigge, CEO of Vagabond Creative. “LNRP has been delivering conservation impact within the Wisconsin communities it serves for nearly two decades now, representing an impressive and sustainable level of mission-based excellence, and this initiative will enable us to build the brand equity it needs and deserves.”

LNRP’s brand initiative will be executed in four phases in 2021, with a final fifth phase envisioned in early 2022. Initial areas of focus will be a refresh of the LNRP logo and the addition of a tagline; development of a communication asset inventory; assessment of Social Media strategies and creation of a content calendar; facilitated planning dialogues with various stakeholder groups; production of partner video messaging; and a website audit. Additional work being considered involves production of branded marketing collateral. A small team comprised of LNRP Staff, Board members, partner group representatives, and communication volunteers will lead the initiative forward, in conjunction with the Vagabond Creative Studio team.
