Join Restoration of Our Trees Sheboygan (ROOTS) in celebrating the kickoff of collaborative projects with local municipal governments to combat the devastation caused by emerald ash borer (EAB) infestation.

Leaders and representatives from the City of Sheboygan City Hall and Public Works Department, Rotary District 6270, Sheboygan Rotary Club, Early Bird Rotary Club, Alliant Energy, and Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership will speak to the significance of these projects and participate in a tree planting ceremony.

The Sheboygan EAB mitigation project includes the planting of 127 substantial size non-ash trees in six of the City’s most popular and utilized parks at a total project value exceeding $79,000.
