To join FOBR, an individual membership is $15, Family membership $20, Friend $30-$99, and Protector $100+. All donations, etc. are tax deductible as FOBR is a 503(c)3 organization!

Past events:

April 23 Fox Valley Herpetology Club will present two free shows at REEDSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL, (note location change!) with shows at 9:30 and 12:30 pm. Thank you to Lakeshore Dental for sponsoring our Family Spring Event!
Join us for a short presentation and then lots of hands-on fun with numerous snakes, turtles, and other lizards! We do request donations/family to go toward our Vickie Mayer Memorial Youth Scholarship fund and general youth fund for future events. If you are interested in volunteering or have a child who needs to do community service and wants to start working towards a youth scholarship, please contact Emily Endter (920)323-3486.

May 2 Tree talk and FREE TREE GIVE-AWAY(5/family for FOBR members).  Learn how to plant and care for your new trees!  Join us at 6 pm at Taus Town Hall (Taus Road and Cty J intersection).  Board meeting @5:30 pm prior to Tree Event…Come vote or if you’re interested, give Al Klingeisen a call about more information about positions, (920) 901-5166.

June 4 Dodge Preserve Event(s). Tractor and wagon rides, birdhouse building, talk about how to attract birds, exploring and catching some water critters, enjoy the hiking trails!  Fun projects for all ages and exploration of the Preserve. Portable toilets will be available.

August 10 Summer Picnic. More information to follow.

December 4 Winter Potluck. More information to follow.

April 30 and July 1 Fundraising brat Frys at Rob’s in Manitowoc. Funds raised go towards Vickie Mayer Memorial Youth Scholarship Fund/youth programs.
